The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Pedana Silk Team. Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned states true. We do not entertain any cancellations of orders.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refund as a policy, However in extreme scenarios expectations are made if the product is found to be damaged or if an incorrect product is sent.

Pre Quality Check Before Shipment
All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 24 hours of delivery. Please be advised that unboxing video is a mandatory to consider on an exchange or return of the saree arising out of defects & damages.

Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unuse with tags in its original packaging. The decision to accept returns/exchanges rests solely with the Pedana Silk Team. Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stands true. Please ensure that sarees are returned in original condition & packaging in order to get your full credit, Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy. If the product is disliked by the customer or changes his/her mind after placing the order it is not eligible for exchange/cancellation. Once the Pedana Silk team decides to accept your request it shall take a 5-7 business days to process. Lastly the exchange facilities shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained.

Colors can be a tricky topic too
We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true colour of the saree. The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor or device settings. The color rendition of the products may vary according to the ambient lighting conditions and the color calibration of digital LED devices. Returns/exchange is denied to deviations in colour from the product displayed to the product received by you.
We state the colors of the saree based on the color of the threads used on the warp and weft. But when two different hues come together, it may happen that they mix to become an entirely different color when seen on our website. -
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
The inconsistencies in handloom products:
There are no specific methods to categorize if a weaving inconsistency is a defect or not. However, by and large, the below points come under weaving inconsistencies of a handloom saree and are NOT considered defects:
- Sarees that have blouse portion cut, Tasseled, gift cards & sale items will not be subject under return policy.
- The small knots or bumps in threads you often see occur when broken threads are pieced together. This is not considered a defect.
- Uneven threads connecting the border to body are not considered defects.

What we consider as a defect
- Tear in the saree
- Incorrect length (instead of what was stated),
- Missing blouse piece (if mentioned that the saree has a blouse piece)
Pedana Silk is known for its handloom sarees, in few of the sarees, there would be cross weaving between the body and the pallu; which is quite natural and is a sign of pure handloom sarees. But rest assured, we have a robust quality check team that goes through each product meticulously to ensure you get only the best quality of products!
